I was approached to style another shoot for Kouture Magazine for the Jan2010 issue. I had two days to concept, pull, and style a six page editorial. No models, luxury items, no concept as of yet. It was on. We decided to play with the idea of disposability and preciousness. Something different, maybe artfully destroyed backgrounds with expensive jewelry peppered in the shot. Here is a raw file next to a proposed photoshopped shot. I will be sure to post the rest of the editorial when its published in a few weeks. Thanks to the jewelers and stores who lent us the beautiful jewelry pieces for the shoot. Sorry to Neiman Marcus if your diamond bracelet came back smelling like a gyro. :-)
